A thorough, unhurried chiropractor close to home

All About Health Chiropractic is Dr. Mary Denney’s practice on Bella Oaks Court in Spanish Springs, on the north side of Sparks. Dr. Mary graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 1987 and practiced for twelve years in California before her family moved to Nevada.

Patients come in for back and neck pain, after car accidents and work injuries, and for the office’s wellness services: PEMF, a full-body red light bed, a far-infrared sauna, and B12 and MIC shots with our nurse practitioner on Fridays.

Every visit starts with a conversation. Dr. Mary examines you, takes X-rays when they’re needed, explains what she finds, and works out a plan of care with you.

    Low back pain, a stiff neck, sore hips or a shoulder that won’t settle: most of our patients come in for the aches that get in the way of ordinary days. Dr. Mary starts with a thorough exam and explains what she finds before any care begins.

    Auto accident injuries

    Neck and back pain after a car accident can show up hours or days later. Dr. Mary sees people after accidents, checks how the spine and joints are moving, and orders X-rays when they’re needed. Call us to talk about your situation.

    Lifting, long shifts on your feet or long days at a desk all load the spine. We look at how you move at work as well as where it hurts, and show you exercises you can do between visits.
